Uttarakhand APO Bharti 2021(उत्तराखंड सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी भर्ती 2021) : 23 अगस्त 2021 तक कर सकते हैं ऑनलाइन आवेदन

उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग(UKPSC) ने एलएलबी पास युवाओं के लिए सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी(Uttarakhand APO) के पदों पर भर्ती का नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है। अगर आप भी इन पदों की योग्यता रखते हैं तो इसके ‌लिए 23 अगस्त 2021 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

आवेदक किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विवि से एलएलबी पास हो। आवेदक की आयु 21 से 42 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। आयु की गणना 01 जुलाई 2021 के आधार पर की जाएगी।

आवेदकों को पहले स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षा देनी होगी। इसके बाद मुख्य परीक्षा होगी। इसके बाद इंटरव्यू होंगे। तब अंतिम सूची जारी की जाएगी।

यह होगा स्क्रीनिंग परीक्षा का पैटर्न(APO Screening Exam Pattern)

यह 200 अंकों की परीक्षा होगी। सभी सवाल ऑब्ज‌ेक्टिव टाइप पूछे जाएंगे। पहला पेपर 100 अंकों का होगा, जिसमें सामान्य अध्ययन के 100 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। इसके लिए डेढ़ घंटे का समय दिया जाएगा। दूसरा पेपर, लॉ का होगा। इसमें भी 100 अंकों के 100 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। इसके लिए भी डेढ़ घंटे का समय दिया जाएगा।

यह होगा मुख्य परीक्षा का पैटर्न(Uttarakhand APO Main Exam Pattern)

यह परीक्षा कुल 400 अंकों की होगी, जिसमें 100-100 अंकों के चार पेपर आएंगे। यह लिखित परीक्षा होगी।

पहला पेपर जनरल स्टडीज का 100 अंकों का होगा, जिसमें 10 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। इसके लिए तीन घंटे का समय दिया जाएगा।

दूसरा पेपर जनरल हिंदी का 100 अंकों का होगा, जिसमें 14 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। इसके लिए भी तीन घंटे का समय होगा। इसमें कम से कम 35 प्रतिशत अंक लाने अनिवार्य हैं।

तीसरा पेपर क्रिमिनल लॉ एंड प्रॉसिजर विद पुलिस एक्ट का 100 अंकों का होगा, जिसमें 10 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। इसके लिए भी तीन घंटे का समय निर्धारित है।

चौथा पेपर एविडेंस एक्ट का 100 अंकों का होगा, जिसमें 10 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। यह भी तीन घंटे का पेपर होगा।

यह होगा इंटरव्यू का पैटर्न

सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी भर्ती परीक्षा में स्क्रीनिंग और मुख्य परीक्षा का पड़ाव पार करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। यह 50 अंकों का होगा। यह मुख्य परीक्षा का ही एक हिस्सा होगा। इस तरह मुख्य परीक्षा 450 अंकों की मानी जाएगी।

Paper-1 General Studies

The paper on General Knowledge will include the following topics, besides day to day happenings around India and the world. Candidates are expected to have general awareness about the following: (a) General Science

(b) Current events: National and International (c) History of India

(d) Indian National Movement and Indian Polity (e) Geography and Indian Economy

(f) Art, Culture and Traditions of Uttarakhand

(g) Revenue Police System and general administrative set up in Uttarakhand

(h) Forest, Crops, Tribes, Mountains, Rivers of Uttarakhand.

Questions on General Science: Will cover elementary Knowledge & understanding of science including matters of everyday observation and experiences, basic laws of science, questions pertaining to environmental factors, natural resources, food crops, biosphere, human diseases, flora and fauna, national parks and wildlife of Uttarakhand will also be included.

Current events: Day to day happenings in India and around the world, which will also significant events including sports. History Of India: Emphasis should be on broad understanding of social, economic and include political aspects of India.

Indian National Movement: The candidate should be aware of the Freedom Movement, Growth of Nationalism and attainment of Independence. Indian Polity (Post Independence): Questions will test Knowledge of country’s political system including Panchayati Raj and Community Development.

Geography and Indian Economy: Only general understanding of the subject will be expected. Culture and Traditions of Uttarakhand: The candidate should be aware of the culture and traditions, especially of tribes of Uttarakhand.

Revenue Police and special administrative system of Uttarakhand:

Power and functions of Patwaries, Kanoongos and Naib Tahsildars etc. Panchayati Raj system, Van-Panchayat System. Candidates should be aware of types of forests, rotation of crops, cultural festivals, prominent holy places, glaciers and mountains, natural resources and calamities, rivers & lakes as well as prominent personalities of Uttarakhand.

iii) Production and effect of evidence: Burden of proof, Estoppel, Witnesses including their examination.

Criminal Procedure Code, 1973

Constitution, Powers and jurisdictions of Criminal Courts; Arrests, Power to compel appearance of persons and production of things; Maintenance of public order and public tranquility; Initiation and commencement of proceedings before Magistrate; Framing of charges; Trial of cases; Judgment; Evidence in enquiries and trials; Bail and Bonds; Reference, Revision and Appeal.

The Uttarakhand Police Act, 2007

i) Powers, functions and duties of various police officers under the aforesaid Police Act. ii) Duties of Officer-In-Charge of police station regarding reports made at police stations;

Investigation, Arrest, Bail and Custody and Execution of processes.

iii) Powers, functions and duties of Public Prosecutors and their sub-ordinates.
