सहायक अभियन्ता (सिविल)(लोक निर्माण विभाग) – अनिवार्य:- भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में स्नातक की उपाधि या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई अर्हता होनी चाहिए।

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो, या (3) प्रशिक्षणार्थी के रूप में एक वर्ष का प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण कर लिया हो।

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (विद्युत/यांत्रिक)(लोक निर्माण विभाग)- अनिवार्य:- भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से विद्युत या यांत्रिक अभियान्त्रिकी में स्नातक उपाधि या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई उपाधि हो या विद्युत या यांत्रिक अभियान्त्रिकी में सिटी एण्ड गिल्ड इन्स्टीट्यूट (इम्पीरियल कालेज ऑफ साइन्स एण्ड टेक्नोलॉजी, साउथ केनसिंगटन) की सहयुक्त परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण हो या विद्युत अभियान्त्रिकी या यांत्रिक अभियान्त्रिकी में इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियर्स लन्दन की सहयुक्त सदस्यता परीक्षा के ‘क’ और ‘ख’ खण्ड उत्तीर्ण हो या विद्युत या यांत्रिक अभियान्त्रिकी में इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) का पूर्णतया अर्ह सहयुक्त सदस्य हो। या विद्युत या यांत्रिक अभियान्त्रिकी में इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) की खण्ड ‘क’ और ‘ख’ खण्ड उत्तीर्ण हो।

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (सिविल)(आवास एवं शहरी नियोजन विभाग) – अनिवार्य:- भारत या विदेश में किसी मान्यता प्राप्त कॉलेज या विश्वविद्यालय से सिविल अभियन्त्रण में उपाधि।

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर सीधी भर्ती के मामले में ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (जल)/‘बी’ श्रेणी, जलकल अभियन्ता(नगर विकास विभाग)-  अनिवार्य:- भारत या विदेश में किसी मान्यता प्राप्त कॉलेज या विश्वविद्यालय से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग या इलेक्ट्रिकल या मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग की डिग्री जो इन्स्टीट्यूशन ऑफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) द्वारा मान्य हो और जिसके आधार पर अभ्यर्थी उक्त इन्स्टीट्यूशन के एसोशिएट मेम्बरशिप सेक्शन ‘ए’ तथा ‘बी’ से मुक्त हो या अभ्यर्थी ने सिविल इंजीनियरिंग/इलेक्ट्रिकल/मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में इन्स्टीट्यूशन ऑफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) का सेक्शन ‘ए’ तथा ‘बी’ अवश्य पास किया हो।

सहायक अभियन्ता (ट्रैफिक), नगर विकास विभाग – अनिवार्य:- भारत या विदेश में किसी मान्यता प्राप्त कालेज या विश्वविद्यालय से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग की डिग्री जो इन्स्टीट्यूशन ऑफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) द्वारा मान्य हो और जिसके आधार पर अभ्यर्थी उक्त इन्स्टीट्यूशन के एसोसिएट मेम्बरशिप परीक्षा के सेक्शन ‘ए’ तथा ‘बी’ से मुक्त हो या अभ्यर्थी ने सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में इन्स्टीट्यूशन ऑफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) की एसोसिएट परीक्षा के सेक्शन ‘ए’ तथा ‘बी’ अवश्य पास कर लिये हो।

उ0प्र0 कृषि सेवा समूह ‘ख’,(अभियन्त्रण शाखा)(कृषि विभाग) –

अनिवार्य:- भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से कृषि अभियन्त्रण में स्नातक उपाधि या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई अर्हता होना चाहिए।

अधिमानी:- (1) भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से कृषि अभियन्त्रण में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई अर्हता। (2) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (3) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (सिविल), आवास एवं विकास परिषद् – A candidate for direct recruitment to the service must, besides having a thorough Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagri Script, hold the following qualification:

A Degree in Civil Engineering from a University or institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh or from any other Institution recognized by the State/Central Government or a Degree recognized as equivalent there to by the State/Central Government.

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (विद्युत), आवास एवं विकास परिषद्

– A candidate for direct recruitment to the service must, besides having a thorough Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagri Script, hold the following qualification:

A Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or Institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh or from any other Institution recognized by the State/Central Government or a Degree recognized as equivalent thereto by State/Central Government.

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (सिविल)(भू-गर्भ जल विभाग) –

अनिवार्य:- भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय या मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से न्यूनतम 60 प्रतिशत अंकों सहित सिविल अभियन्त्रण में स्नातक उपाधि या इन्स्टीट्यूशन आफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) (सिविल अभियन्त्रण शाखा) का सहयुक्त सदस्य या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई उपाधि।

अधिमानी:- (1) 60 प्रतिशत अंकों सहित भू-गर्भ भू-जल (ग्राउण्ड वाटर हाइड्रोलॉजी) में स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा। (2) भू-गर्भ जल अन्वेषण और समन्वेषण में 02 वर्ष का अनुभव।

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (यांत्रिक) (भू-गर्भ जल विभाग) –

अनिवार्य:- भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय या मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से न्यूनतम 60 प्रतिशत अंकों सहित यांत्रिक अभियन्त्रण में स्नातक उपाधि या इन्स्टीट्यूशन आफ इंजीनियर्स (इण्डिया) (यांत्रिक शाखा) का सहयुक्त सदस्य या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई उपाधि।

अधिमानी:- (1) 60 प्रतिशत अंकों सहित भू-गर्भ भू-जल (ग्राउण्ड वाटर हाइड्रोलॉजी) में स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा। (2) भू-गर्भ जल अन्वेषण और समन्वेषण में 02 वर्ष का अनुभव।

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

प्रबन्धक (सिविल)औद्योगिक विकास विभाग-

अनिवार्य:- संगत शाखा में अभियन्त्रण स्नातक

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

प्रबन्धक (विद्युत/यांत्रिक)औद्योगिक विकास विभाग –

अनिवार्य:- संगत शाखा में अभियन्त्रण स्नातक

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी, गृह (पुलिस) विभाग –

अनिवार्य:- मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी के पद पर सीधी भर्ती के लिए किसी अभ्यर्थी की निम्नलिखित अर्हतायें अवश्य होनी चाहिए:-

नेशनल फायर सर्विस कालेज, नागपुर से फायर इंजीनियरिंग में उपाधि या भारत सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेश की राज्य सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त सदृश प्रास्थिति की किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से कोई समकक्ष उपाधि :

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

सहायक टेलीविजन अभियन्ता (सूचना एवं जन सम्पर्क विभाग)

-अनिवार्य:- भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित किसी विश्वविद्यालय से इलेक्ट्रानिक्स अभियन्त्रण में उपाधि या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई अर्हता।

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

सहायक अभियन्ता (सिविल)(ग्रामीण अभियंत्रण विभाग)

-अनिवार्य:- (1) सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी संस्था या विश्वविद्यालय से सिविल अभियंत्रण में स्नातक उपाधि या (2) पूर्णतया अर्ह सहयुक्त सदस्य जिसने सिविल अभियंत्रण में इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंजीनियर्स (इंडिया) का भाग ‘क’ और ‘ख’ उत्तीर्ण कर लिया हो।

अधिमानी:- अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने (1) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या (2) राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो।

 

आयु सीमा:- अभ्यर्थियों को 01 जुलाई, 2021 को 21 वर्ष की आयु अवश्य पूरी करनी चाहिए और उन्हें 40 वर्ष से अधिक आयु का नहीं होना चाहिए अर्थात् उनका जन्म 02 जुलाई, 1981 से पूर्व तथा 01 जुलाई, 2000 के बाद का नहीं होना चाहिए। दिव्यांगजन हेतु अधिकतम आयु सीमा 55 वर्ष है अर्थात् अभ्यर्थी का जन्म 2 जुलाई, 1966 के पूर्व का नहीं होना चाहिए।

सामान्य हिन्दी- हिन्दी का पाठ्यक्रम इस प्रकार बनाया जायेगा ताकि उम्मीदवार की हिन्दी भाषा की समझ और शब्दों के कुशल प्रयोग की जाँच हो सके। इसका स्तर हाई स्कूल का होगा।

सामान्य अध्ययन: सामान्य अध्ययन के प्रश्न-पत्र समसामयिक घटनाओं और ऐसी बातों की उनके वैज्ञानिक पहलुओं पर ध्यान देते हुए जानकारी सम्मिलित होगी जो प्रतिदिन के अनुभव में आती है तथा जिनकी किसी शिक्षित व्यक्ति से अपेक्षा की जा सकती है। प्रश्न-पत्र में भारत का इतिहास, राजनीति और भूगोल के ऐसे प्रश्न भी सम्मिलित होंगे जिनका उत्तर उम्मीदवार विशेष अध्ययन किये बिना ही दे सकेंगे।
